Job Summary

Position Title : Administration Officer

Responsible to : Deputy General Manager, Administration

Based at : Health Service Board – Head Office

Duties And Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

Asset management

Transport management

Stores management

Security management

Internal management

Contract management

Secretariat to meetings and Board of Inquiries

Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;

Make recommendations for assets disposals in line with the Public Procurement & Disposal of Public Assets Act (CAP 22: 23)

General administrative duties as assigned by the Deputy General Manager

Qualifications And Experience



Degree or HND in Business Management/ Transport and Logistics Management/ Health Service Administration/ full CIS or equivalent

A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage

Knowledge of Pastel Assets and Inventory Module is an added advantage

Conversant with Asset, Stores and Transport Management procedures.

At least 4 years of experience in administration

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to communicate at all levels

Attention to detail

Computer literate
