• The suitable candidate should have good communication skills and be able to accurately file and keep records.
• Some cash handling will be required at a later stage.
• Computer skills required WORD,EXCEL etc.
• Accounts Degree
• Part 11 ACCA, CIMA, or articled
• At least 2 year experience
Duties include but not limited to:
• Bank Reconciliation
• Preparation of monthly payroll using Belina payroll
• Other HR related staff
• Petty Cash
• Belina Payroll
• Invoicing and Bill Allocation
• Some HR knowledge would be an added advantage
• Accounting Software used is Sage Pastel Cloud
