GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
This is an eighteen-month entry level rotational program. The program targets recent graduates with minimal to no experience and takes them through the various functions of the business. We expect our graduates to have a practical hands-on approach and play a key role in our Executive Discipline: We convert low-cost ingredients into >45% G.P. products that are rated #1 in customer preference.

The ideal trainee should
Be a recent university/college graduate with either a degree or higher diploma
Be younger than 25 years of age
Be passionate, highly motivated, a fast learner, and be a hard worker
